6- or 12-month fixed-term agreement, billed by monthly service period. The term starts with the first published post. Up to three revision rounds per post within your brief or agreed content plan. If your feedback or materials are delayed, we can agree a revised schedule; the monthly fee does not automatically reduce. Feedback deadlines, carryover and any extra work are agreed before starting. This is not unlimited rewriting, posting or daily monitoring. Silence is not content approval.
Optional profile setup
Chinese profile name and bio, basic business information, existing-logo formatting, publishing settings and one standard auto-reply where supported. Includes one consolidated correction round; registration, verification fees and new branding are separate.
Optional ongoing support
Account-level strategy, performance snapshots, review meetings, inbox and comment support, paid media and advanced production. Only the scope you approve is added.
Restaurant benefits and conditions
Eligible restaurant clients on an active management agreement can receive an initial 1–2 page Chinese menu translation, basic listings or promotion notices through our WeChat channel, and reasonable basic feedback support through our own channels.
The complimentary menu requires a small Go Marketing WeChat name and QR code to remain on it. Menu hosting and future updates stay with the restaurant; complex menus, digital menu setup, full WeChat articles and extra support are separately scoped. Support on our channels is different from monitoring your own XHS inbox, and is not 24/7 customer service.
