Enquiries
Our consultation form asks for your name, email, phone number and area of support, with an optional message. We use these details to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health records or confidential information about other people. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Services that process information
Our form is processed by Formspree, which receives the details you submit and handles delivery. If you choose WhatsApp, you leave this website and communicate through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Website hosting and other delivery providers may process technical connection information. These services may process information outside Australia. See the Formspree privacy policy and WhatsApp privacy policy.

Optional Google Analytics
We load Google Analytics only after you select Allow analytics. It uses cookies and pseudonymous browser identifiers to measure visits and contact actions. Google may process technical data such as browser information and approximate country. We do not send form field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages to Analytics. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalisation, user-provided data or automatic form tracking. Analytics is not a public customer directory, and a WhatsApp click is not treated as a completed enquiry.

Your choice
Rejecting analytics does not affect browsing, the contact form or WhatsApp. Change or withdraw your choice using Analytics privacy settings at the bottom of the page. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days without automatic renewal. Withdrawal stops further analytics collection and removes our Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase previously collected reports. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. URLs containing query parameters are excluded from Analytics, and measured page addresses omit fragments. Referrers are limited to a small list of public search and social domains without their paths or queries.

Data handling and requests
Enquiry details are used for communication and related business administration, not published as testimonials or case studies without permission. Contact info@gomarketing.net.au to ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable record-keeping requirements may limit deletion. Avoid sending sensitive documents in an initial email; we can agree an appropriate way to handle your request.
